Unimore as a protagonist at the Smart Life Festival
Unimore plays a central role in the Smart Life Festival, the Festival of Digital Culture promoted by the Mu-
nicipality of Modena, to be held from 26 to 29 September, with the official opening on 25 September. With
the theme ‘True, False, X’, this year’s festival will explore the boundary between truth and fiction in the age
of digital transition, with a focus on the skills needed to navigate between reality and imagination in the age
of artificial intelligence. Unimore lecturers, researchers and students will actively participate in the event,
offering in-depth studies on topics such as training in digital awareness, the relationship between artificial
intelligence and sustainability, and the new frontiers of information technology, involving various university
departments, research centres and museums. There are many topical appointments during the days of the
